As recruiters, we've seen first-hand how flexible working can revolutionise work environments. But it's not all smooth sailing. Let's dive into the pros and cons:
 
Positive Impacts:
1. Work-Life Balance - Enhances employee satisfaction and reduces burnout. Me personally having the opportunity to do more with my children, has given me greater satisfaction at work.
2. Increased Productivity - This one is a topic many of us would agree with, but I'm sure others might not always agree, can it lead to an over relaxed workforce? 
3. Broader Talent Pool- Attract candidates who value flexibility, including those from different geographical areas.

Drawbacks:
1. Communication Gaps - Less face-to-face interaction can lead to misunderstandings and some instances hinder career development.
2. Team Cohesion- Building a team spirit can be challenging when everyone's schedules differ. We always try to get together weekly, but not always possible meaning harder to know how people are feeling.
3. Work Overload - The line between personal and professional life can blur, leading to longer working hours.
